
Well this is not even a recipe, but its also one of my favorite breakfasts. People that try coconut water get addicted to it so beware!!!!! Coconut water is NOT coconut milk, its the liquid inside young coconuts and it is an all natural isotonic. Its very refreshing and you can drink it either plain or you can mix it with alcohol
. You can find sweetened coconut water in Asian food stores. I could go on and on about how much i like coconut water how good is for you but then you would think i am creepy, so here is the ‘recipe’.
1/2 cup coconut water from the can( i have coco cool)
a bit less than 1/2 cup jumbo oats
So if you have a microwave (i dont) just put the 2 ingredients in a bowl and microwave until all surface is bubbly. If not, the old-school way is to put the oats and coconut water in a saucepan and bring to boil, then remove from heat. I have to mention here that even though I am not pro-microwave this tastes better when cooked in a microwave for some reason! I hope you will like it as much as i do but then again if you dont its not like you spent hours making it!
